Fulfilment for online shops.
You sell. We get to work.

Orders should support your growth, not tie up your whole team with warehouse and packing work. With fulfilment in South Tyrol, you hand over the agreed steps after purchase, from stored goods to dispatch preparation.

For online retailers and businesses with recurring orders. The scope is agreed around your products and orders.

An online order becomes a warehouse task

From available stock to a prepared parcel.

01

Preparing goods and stock

Your products are received, labelled and stored using the agreed procedure. Stock withdrawals and other goods movements form part of the agreed stock management process.

02

Assembling the order

You provide the order data. We pick the agreed items and quantities and check them before packing.

03

Packing and preparing for dispatch

Packaging, labelling, accompanying documents and handover to the agreed shipping service are aligned with your order process.

What we need to know about your online shop

There is more to it than the number of orders.

Many small orders with different items need a different process from a few larger shipments. A broad description of your online shop is enough to start; we work through the details with you.

  • Products and stockWhich products, sizes and packaging units are held in stock?
  • Orders and fluctuationsRoughly how many orders do you receive, and when do peaks occur?
  • Packing requirements and dispatchWhat labelling, documents and shipping methods do you need?
  • Order data and feedbackHow will orders reach us, and what information do you need back?

Agree before starting

A good process needs clear rules.

Orders, changes and queries

We establish when order data is transferred, who approves changes, and how decisions are made if items are missing or information is unclear.

An automatic shop connection is not included as standard. Data formats and system-related tasks are agreed in advance.

Additional tasks and returns

Special packing requirements or returns need a dedicated process. We establish which tasks are included before starting; they do not automatically form part of every fulfilment agreement.

Toxic substances and alcohol are excluded. We assess goods with special storage requirements separately.

Quick answers

Your questions about working with us.

Is fulfilment suitable for smaller online shops?

What matters is your goods, order volumes and the process you need, not just the size of your business. Tell us about your stock, approximate order volumes and the support required; we will assess the potential for working together on that basis.

Will my online shop be connected automatically?

API connections are possible by arrangement. We agree how your order and stock data will be transferred based on your process and the technical requirements.

Are returns and fixed delivery times included?

Returns require a separate agreement. Processing and handover times, as well as the shipping partner’s services, are also agreed individually; we do not promise blanket delivery times.

Let's discuss it
