Logistics consultancy.
Get clarity first. Then decide.

Your warehouse is too small, dispatch takes too much time, or you are considering outsourcing goods-handling tasks. We review the specific situation with you and build a clear basis for your next decision.

How we can help

Good advice starts with your specific question.

Rather than changing every process at once, we define the issue. This makes it clear which information is missing and which options can genuinely be compared.

Expand your own warehouse or outsource storage?

Comparing space requirements, goods movements, in-house tasks and the external support needed.

Why does our dispatch process take so much time?

Looking at order assembly, packing and handover as a whole, not just individual tasks.

What support does our growth need?

Assessing products, orders and expected changes before deciding on new space or processes.

A focused consultancy engagement

From your starting point to practical next steps.

01

Clarifying the question and scope

What needs to be decided? Together, we define the issue and agree the scope and fee for the consultancy.

02

Reviewing goods and workflow

You describe your current process and provide the relevant information. Within the agreed scope, we review the work involved, handovers and potential bottlenecks.

03

Recording options and open points

We discuss possible solutions, their requirements and the next checks. The format and scope of the findings are defined in the consultancy agreement.

You decide on implementation

Consultancy and any later collaboration remain separate steps.

Consultancy does not automatically create a warehousing or logistics contract. If you later wish to hand over tasks, the service, process and terms are agreed separately.

You would like an assessment first.

A focused consultancy engagement is appropriate. A specific question and your starting situation form the basis; we do not make blanket promises of savings or fixed results.

You already know which service you need.

You can enquire directly about warehouse space or a specific goods-handling task. You do not need to commission comprehensive consultancy first.

Quick answers

Your questions about working with us.

Is logistics consultancy free?

In-depth logistics consultancy is a separate, paid service. The question, scope and fee are agreed in advance. An initial enquiry about our services is not a consultancy engagement.

Do we have to use Hartmann’s warehousing or logistics services afterwards?

No, consultancy does not automatically lead to a further contract. Any potential operational collaboration is discussed and agreed separately.

What information helps when requesting consultancy?

Describe the decision you want to make, your current goods flow and approximate volumes. It also helps to know which areas are affected and when you need a solution.

Let's discuss it

Which decision would you like to prepare for?

Tell us briefly what needs to change in your business. Together, we will establish whether consultancy would help and what scope would be appropriate.
